Netsense - IT Simplified has 20 years of experience of providing practical IT solutions that enable many companies to thrive at the work they do best. The limited company was formed in 2005, since then we have acquired the NetSense brand, further increasing our support offering. From our Head office in Burgess Hill, West Sussex we provide Global Support, Services and manage systems from one PC through to companies with up to 5000 desktops. We invisibly provide the IT support our clients need to enable them to focus upon working productively rather than thier IT Systems.

From our head office in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, we are ideally located for providing IT Support to London (40 mins to the City of London), but are able to provide world wide support using the innovative tools that we have developed and invested in to provide seamless remote support. (as well as onsite support throughout the world)

During 2010 we invested in Labtech Software’s Management system, which enables us to Proactively monitor, support, maintain systems, and provide event based resolution to any issue that may occur on a system. This means that our clients system problems are normally healed before they are aware there was a problem.
