Developed to meet the needs of companies who need Computer, Network, Laptop or Server support or help on an as and when basis, our pay-as-you-go service can be used by any company looking to resolve an immediate issue with their system. We have customers both large and small that decide that this is the best solution for them. Customers that have an ad-hoc data recovery or virus removal issue may engage with us on this basis.

As always we provide the service that the customer requires, and having fully discussed the correct solution for your business we will advise which option will prove to be most cost effective for you. We also review all our clients accounts frequently and discuss options that will enable the best value for money and lowest total cost of ownership.

If you currently have an IT Support, or Computer related issue we are able to help immediately based upon an On Demand arrangement. We are always very conscious that your business need is the first thing that we need to concentrate on.

Support On Demand can also be used by companies with in-house IT expertise but who need to compliment their IT Department at certain times. Typically this will be during the roll out of new software or hardware or to cover holiday periods. Support On Demand can also be bought as a Bank of IT hours.

-   Time is deducted at 15min intervals

-   Hours valid for 18 months from date of purchase

The only requirement is that the initial purchase must be 10 hours.
